Group 1 - Sidewalk Improvements Project

Consisting of furnishing and installing the following: Erosion control, about 5,675 So. Yard of 4" concrete sidewalk, 320 So. Yard of 6" concrete sidewalk, 390 Sq. Yard of 6" concrete driveway, 15 concrete curb ramps, 690 LF of 2'-6" concrete curb and gutter, and other incidental items of work. The Group 1 Sidewalk Improvements project is a combination of sidewalk installations on Old Deer Trail, Centennial Parkway, Raleigh Boulevard and Hoiston Lane. It consists of installing approximately 720 SY of concrete sidewalk on the east side of Old Deer Trail from Mourning Dove Road to just north of Apple Orchard Way; approximately 1,142 SY of concrete sidewalk on the south side of Centennial Parkway from Avent Ferry Road to Nazareth Street; approximately 1,322 SY of concrete sidewalk on the east side of Raleigh Boulevard from Mount Peace Baptist Church to New Bern Avenue; and approximately 811 SY of concrete sidewalk on the north side of Hoiston Lane from Sunnybrook Road to east of Calumet Drive. The project also furnishes and installs erosion control measures, concrete curb and gutter, concrete bus pads, asphalt paving and some guardrail replacement.
