The Contractor well provide all materials and labor to construct a 30’ wide x 108’ long x 12’ tall pole barn with open sides, enclosed gables, and roof at the project location with the following minimum specifications. Note: The Contractor is required to provide stamped drawings by a registered professional engineer for the pole barn design for approval. 30 feet wide x 108 feet long x 12 feet tall eave height with open sides 4:12 pitch roof with metal trusses 2-inch x 6-inch wood roof purlins Enclosed gables 26-gauge galvalume metal on roof, trim, and gables 12-foot bay spacing, total of 9 bays Twenty 6-inch x 6-inch pressure treated posts Estimated three 80-pound bags of concrete per post, 60 bags total
