Sealed bids will be received until the opening date and time specified, at which time bids will be opened, read aloud and recorded for presentation to the Board. The Board of Education assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the address stated herein later than the due date and time. *Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A10:5-31 and (N.J.A.C.17:27) et., seq. and laws concerning prevailing wage. *Bidders are required to submit a Chapter 33, P.L. 1977 Ownership Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Registration Certificate and a Political Contributions Disclosure form, Disclosure of Investment in Iran.
