Description

Project Description: Clean and power wash the existing concrete parking structure substrate on the upper level and use one of the following approved traffic coating systems: BASF, Neogard, Sika. Please provide a 5 year warranty with this. The joint where the bottom of the ramp and the sidewalk meet is leaking through to the lower parking structure. Remove existing caulking joint and prepare the concrete to receive one of the following approved expansion joint products: BASF, EMSEAL, C/S Group.
