| Description | The work is divided into two phases. The phases are different scopes of work that occur in different buildings. Construction on both phases will commence simultaneously. Phase I - HR Testing 2121 5th Floor: The work consists of interior demolition and renovation on a single commercial office floor. The work includes new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new lighting and electrical systems, new HVAC systems and new plumbing systems. Not included in the work are the existing elevator lobby, stairways, restrooms, and elevators. The work area is approximately 9,000 SF. The location of Phase I is the 5th floor of the 2121 Building, 2121 Reverend Abraham Woods Jr Boulevard, Birmingham, AL 35203. Work will be performed at night, from 6 pm to 6 am. Phase II - HR Admin Annex 6th Floor. The work consists of interior demolition and renovation on a single commercial office floor. The work includes new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new lighting and electrical systems, new HVAC systems and new plumbing systems. Selective repairs in the existing restrooms is included in the work. Not included in the work are the existing elevator lobby, stairways, and elevators.
