Total Building Area: 7125 S.F As Described in the Construction Documents Dated June 30, 2023, Prepared by Evolve Architects, Inc. 3112 Uranus Avenue, Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54703. Proposals Shall Be Based on American Institute of Architects Document A101 - 2017 Standard Form of Agreement Beo C Legal Notices Tween Owner and Contractor Where the Basis of Payment is a Stipulated Sum for The Hope Village - Tiny Home Multi - Family Apartments, located at 1854 Kennedy Road, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin 54729. Construction of the Hope Village - Tiny Home Multi - Family Apartments to Start Spring of 2024 with Substantial Completion on or Before Fall of 2024. No Oral, Telegraphic or Fax Bids Will Be Accepted or Considered. Bids Will Be Accepted At Which Time Bids Will Be Opened, Reviewed, and Privately Read After Specified Closing Time. The Date and Time of the Proposal is to Be Noted on the Label. Proposals Received After This Time Will Not Be Accepted and Will Be Returned Unopened. No Bid Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten percent (10%) of the Amount Of the Bid Made Payable to the Owner, Hope Village - Tiny Home Alternates, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, the Successful Bidder Will Execute the Contract and Furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the Amount of the Contract Within Ten (10) Days After the Award of Said Contract. These Questions, Clarifications and Substitution Information Will Be Published by the Architect, Evolve Architects, Inc. In an Addendum to Be Issued No Later Than Four (4) Working Days before the Bid Due Date. The Addendum Will Be Emailed to All Known Current Plan Holders. Additional Information Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a Surety Performance and Payment Bond in the Amount Equal to 100 Percent Of the Contract Amount by a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of Wisconsin. It is the Proposing Contractors Responsibility to Make Itself Familiar With the Complete Set of Contract Documents and Existing Jobsite Conditions; Neither the Owner, the Architect, Evolve Architects, Inc., the Structural Engineer, Ericksen Roed & Associates Structural Engineering, the Plumbing Engineer, Apex Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Apex Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Apex Engineering and the Civil Engineer, Everyday Surveying & Engineering, Assumes Responsibility for Errors or Omissions Resulting From the Use of an Incomplete Set of Bid Documents. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn for a Period of Forty-five (45) Days Following the Scheduled Time of Opening Bids, Without the Consent of the Owner. All Bids Will Be Evaluated by the Owner and The Architect.
