Lynnbrook Park and Stream Restoration

**As of January 24, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Construction of Lynnbrook Avenue Park including stream restoration, bathroom facilities, walkways, and other work. The check should be made out to the City of Chattanooga and mailed to the City of Chattanooga Purchasing Department, 101 East 11th Street, Suite G13, Chattanooga, TN 37402 Prior to mailing the check you can scan and email a copy to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov. Once the email has been received with a copy of the check the requested bid documents will be emailed. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act obtain electronically for specific contract information.
