Hillstead Subdivision Phase 1 Clearing and Grading Package

For the work necessary for the clearing and grading for approximately 277 single family residential lots in Lavon, Texas ETJ. A Bid Bond in the form of a certified/cashiers check, or an acceptable bidders bond, must accompany each bid and shall be made payable without conditions to Owner in an amount of no less than two percent (2%) of total bid submitted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. There are approximately 277 lots, 64 acres of clearing and grubbing, and 320,000 CY of excavation as detailed in the construction plans and specifications
