Description

Rehabilitate and repair an existing gristmill water wheel at Rowan County’s Sloan Park. The work will consist of removing the wheel, welding and repairing metal as needed, labor to construct and duplicate the existing wheel, reinstalling the refurbished wheel and removal of any debris.
