Description | Project Location: Camden Middle School - 1300 Middle School Rd, Kingsland, GA 31548 There will be no public bid opening and awards will not be made on this date. Bids will be reviewed, and bidders notified when award is made. Winning bid will be presented to the CCBOE for approval at the June 14th regular board meeting. You will be notified on the June 15th. All projects may commence as soon as possible after bid is awarded Questions should be directed to Katrina Millan Flannery via e-mail only at: kflannery@camden.k12.ga.us. Questions and answers will be posted on the web for all bidders. The contractor shall be responsible for contracting Mrs. Flannery before visiting the job site and familiarizing themself with the job and working conditions. The building will be available Monday to Friday for work commencing after the award of bid and must work around cafeteria hours and planned with Mrs. Flannery. Working hours shall be coordinated with the staff. There will be no walk through prior to bid opening. All work during installation is subject to inspection by the owner or a designated representative. Any questions concerning these specifications should be clarified prior to commencing the job. Any changes to these specifications would require written approval of the owner. References should be included and may be used to assist in awarding the projects. Consideration will be given for past performance with CCS and local / GA vendors. Item # Qty Description 2 2 Cashier counter CounterCraft Model No. CCSL-36-MOD One (1) CounterCraft (UL certified) modular base counter on legs - Counter to be configured with CounterCraft Connected Counter Control System powered by Duke Sous Chef Technology. Touchscreen digital control panels. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Mesh connectivity included. All compatible appliances controllable from the touchscreen and/or the Duke Mobile application. 14-gauge, #304 Extended stainless steel countertop with #4 highlight edge, 2" turn down at all free sides. - Top to be extended and to act as a tray slide. LED down-lighting below counter top, remote on/off switch in counter apron on workers side, optimized for use with CounterCraft Connected Control System. - LED counter top down-lighting, remote on/off switch in counter apron on workers side, optimized for use with CounterCraft Connected Control System. - Counter front to have premium laminate clad front panels. Color to be confirmed by owner. - All stainless steel fabrication to be fully welded. Butt or knuckle joints will not be accepted. - Stainless steel internal shelving compartments where applicable. - Single cord and plug configuration, dedicated outlet within main counter. - Serving Counter to be certified using Underwriters Laboratory (UL) Assembly Listing E253182 - 6" adjustable stainless-steel bullet-feet with adjustable s/s kick plates. - Provide countertop grommet holes and dedicated outlets in counter body for equipment. All counter top equipment by others. Rep to confirm equipment and electrical requirements. - Serving line must comply with UL 197 and NSF/Ansi Standard. - Integral cashier station with utility cash drawer mounted to the underside of the countertop. Cashier's section to be open below with a removable intermediate shelf. - CounterCraft delivery and onsite assembly services required. Food Service Equipment Contractor to use licensed electrical contractor for all new power poles to each counter load center, and to make all final electrical connections to each load center. Electrical floor receptacles occupied by existing serving counters, to be removed and capped. New power will need to be ran from panel box to each new counter load center. Camden County Schools reserves the right in its sole and complete discretion to waive technicalities and informalities and reserves the right to reject all bids. |
