2022 F-14 Pavement Rehabilitation Project

As of December 28, 2022, construction has been completed. The City of Atascadero is requesting the services of a civil engineering consulting firm with experience in the selection and design of pavement rehabilitation methods, and the preparation of final Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for roadway rehabilitation projects. The selected firm will be responsible to provide necessary field survey, interpretation and incorporation of geotechnical pavement findings and recommendations, design of minor roadway drainage improvements, and cost-effective pavement rehabilitation design recommendations for approximately 6.5 lane miles of residential streets within the City of Atascadero. Deflection and soil testing has been completed for all roadway segments under a separate contract and is included with this Request for Proposal.
