1. Provide all dumpsters necessary to complete roofing project. 2. Remove and dispose of existing EPDM Roof System exposing the underlying cover board. 3. Provide and attach a white 60 Mil. TPO roof system per manufacturer recommendations. 4. Remove and dispose of all existing base flashings. 5. Flash all walls, and penetrations per manufacturer requirements. 6. Flash all curbs, pipes, pitch pockets and any other penetrations. 7. Provide and install 24 gauge finished sheet metal edge metal. 8. Provide and install 24 gauge finished sheet metal drip edge into the existing gutter. Existing gutter to remain in place and be reused. 9. Provide and install 24 gauge finished sheet metal curb counter flashing. 10. Provide and install 24 gauge finished sheet metal surface mounted counter flashing. 11. Dispose of all debris at an offsite location. 12. Provide manufacturer warranty. 13. Provide 2 year contractor workmanship warranty.
