Description

The proposed work is located on Gary Road between Empire Boulevard and approximately 1,000 feet south of Riggs/Combs Road, totaling approximately 4,400 linear feet. Gary Road delineates the boundary between Pinal and Maricopa County. The east side of the improvements are within unincorporated Pinal County. The west side of the improvements fall within both unincorporated Maricopa County and the Town of Queen Creek (Maricopa County). The project includes microseal and restriping of Gary Road from Hunt Highway to Empire Boulevard (approximately 9,500 linear feet) and Empire Boulevard from west of Zachary Road to Gary Road (approximately 1,500 linear feet). Within these microseal limits, areas of asphaltic mill and replace are identified on the project plans. The microseal section of Gary Road is fully within unincorporated Pinal County. The south half of Empire Boulevard is within unincorporated Pinal County and the north half is within unincorporated Maricopa County.
