Modification 5 The purpose of this modification is to replace the statement of work with the following revisions: 1. Added on the sow "Sub-meter location will be approved by border patrol prior to construction." 2. The ground grid at the asos site is three ground rods with 2/o bare copper wire attached to the lightning protection on the tower (wind sensor pole), power array and sensor array. This is spelled out in the generic asos relocation specification document.
