There are 2 Type 1 Single Story Fourplex Buildings, 3 Type 2 Single Story Duplex Buildings, 6 Type 3 Two Story Duplex Buildings, and 2 Type 4 Two Story Duplex Buildings to remodel living space, kitchens and bathrooms, removing and replacing gypsum board and exterior wall insulation, removing and replacing heating systems and ventilating mechanical and electrical system, windows and doors, painting interior and exterior, replace some exterior siding, demo 2 exterior stairways on one duplex, some exterior grading and any other work as outlined in the plans and specifications for the duplexes and four-plexes and some site work to replace concrete sidewalks; plus moving exterior wall section to enlarge Living Room and construct a new Kitchen addition and front entry roof covers on Type 3 Buildings; plus moving exterior wall section to enlarge Living Room and new front entry roof covers on Type 4 Buildings located in the Village of Winnebago in the county of Thurston, Nebrask
