| Description | Seal coating all parking lots (except the Warehouse Parking lot) and driveways at the NC Judicial Center at 901 Corporate Center Dr, Raleigh, NC 27607. The solution must include: 1. Removal of all dirt and debris from parking lots and driveways. 2. Repair of approximately 20 damaged spots in parking lots and driveways. Fill any cracks measuring greater than 1/2 inch in width. 3. Seal coating all parking lots and driveways. Approximate coverage: 215,000 sq ft. 4. Line painting of all regular, handicap, and specialty marked parking spaces, as well as crosswalks, stop lines, no parking, fire lanes, etc. Approximate number of parking spaces: 770. Handicapped spaces: 20. Specialty Spaces: 2-5. 5. Cleanup of any leftover debris from the seal coating or line painting. | ||||
