The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport (Authority) is currently operating eleven (11) automatic sliding doors throughout the Bob Hope Airport facilities: - Seven (7): Automatic doors with Horton Models located at Terminal A & B. - Three (3): Automatic doors with Horton Models located at Building 36. - One (1): Automatic door with Stanley Model located at Valet Parking area. This BPO shall also include maintenance as needed on manual doors, wood doors, fire doors, all door hardware, general repairs, retrofitting/custom work, as-needed preventative maintenance, electric and manual gates, parking barrier gates, and roll up doors The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority invites qualified vendors to submit quotes for the purchase of Network Storage Hardware, to the Information & Communication Technologies Department at Hollywood Burbank Airport. Planet Bids is the sole method for accepting bids for this procurement. All forms in the bid packet must be properly completed to be deemed responsive. Prevailing Wage Required This is a State Prevailing Wage Project. Contractors License Required Select "Place e-bid" to start entering bid information. Bidders must submit all questions pertaining to this bid through the Airport Authority's Online Bid Management System, by selecting the "Q&A" tab. Questions sent directly to Airport Authority Staff will not be addressed and you will be directed to submit your question(s) online. It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure their proposal documents are properly uploaded onto the Airport Authority's online bid management system. Proposals that are missing pages, cannot be opened, etc. may be considered unresponsive. It is the Proponent's sole responsibility to contact the Airport Authority's online bid management provider (PlanetBids at 818-992-1771) to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding, including (but not limited to) registering as a vendor, updating passwords, updating profiles, uploading/downloading documents, submitting an electronic bid/proposal, etc. Submission of bid/proposal shall be exclusively through PlanetBids. It is the bidders'/proposers' sole responsibility to thoroughly review the submission requirements and adequately plan time needed to upload and review their submission. Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any immaterial irregularities in any bid if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Airport Authority to do so.
