The Special Provisions require bidders to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bid from contractors not in attendance of the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be considered. Bids are required for the entire work called for by the Plans and Specifications, and neither partial nor contingent bids will be considered. The Contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time of contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety All questions must be received in the office of the Authority by 5:00 P.M. on September 12, 2023.
