Crocus Hill Alley Improvement

To perform construction engineering services in 2022 for two capital projects; the Crocus Hill Alley Improvement project and the Curtice Roadway and Drainage Improvements Project. The Curtice project is a one block reconstruction project between Woodbury Street and Andrew Street. The Crocus Hill project involves the reconstruction of an alley/roadway intersection. Construction work for both projects mainly includes utility work, grading, curb and gutter work, installation of stormwater management treatments, and paving work. This contract will require construction engineering services which include, but are not limited to construction inspection, preparing and submitting paperwork for payment and change-orders, resolving field issues, and coordinating work The total project budget for the Curtice Roadway and Drainage Improvements is $1,000,000 and will be financed using St. Paul Streets Bonds. The total project budget for the Crocus Hill Alley Improvement project is $600,000 and will financed using St. Paul Streets Bonds.
