The description and location of the project is as follows: roadway improvements along Island Avenue from Woodland Avenue to Suffolk Avenue which includes: traffic signal improvements, roadway resurfacing and striping, addition of grass median and bicycle lanes, ADA improvements, reconstruction of trolley platforms, intersection upgrades and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the drawings approved for STATE ROUTE 3013, SECTION TF2, in City of Philadelphia from segment 0040 offset 2360 to segment 0010 offset 1945.
