Development Site Water Main and Sidewalks

The project includes all labor, materials and equipment to install approximately 1,000 linear feet of cement concrete sidewalk, 600 feet of curb and gutter, installation of Hot Mix Asphalt pavement patching, clearing and grubbing, saw cutting, removal of sections of asphalt roadway and concrete driveways, subgrade preparation and roadside restoration. Related utility work includes installation of approximately 900-feet of 6-inch C900 PVC water main including valves, fittings and appurtenances; and installation of approximately 200 feet of storm drain pipe and related catch basins.
