Description

Provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete work in accordance with the plans, specifications and incidental expenses for the construction/renovation of the Heritage Park Restroom and the Cleo Mudrock Park Dugout Roofing projects. Work may include but is not limited to demolition, excavation, digging, framing, forming, assembly, electrical wiring, concrete, roofing and paver installation, landscaping and irrigation system modification and installation. The renovated ADA compliant restroom facility shall be plumbed, heated and operational all year. The baseball dugout-roofing project consists of the construction of new roofs on four dugouts. The previous roofs have been removed and metal supports are in place and ready to accept a new roof. The contractor shall be responsible to meet all applicable codes, schedule and pass all required inspections.
