RFQ Construction Manager - Construction Manager/General Contractor Services for El Camino Real Roadway Rehabilitation/sidewalk Ada Upgrade

Work The furnishing of labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to, or convenient for the successful completion of, the CMGC services for the Project and the carrying out of the duties and obligations imposed by the Preconstruction Services Contract. Pavement Rehabilitation and upgrade of pedestrian infrastructure to ADA Standards along the El Camino Real (SR-82) within the cities of San Mateo, Burlingame, Hillsborough, and Millbrae. currently anticipated that the selected Proposer shall submit payment and performance bonds upon execution of the Construction Contract. The payment bond shall be equal to 100 percent of the Agreed Price and the performance bond shall be equal to 50 percent of the Agreed Price. Proposers shall demonstrate their capacity to obtain the required bonds.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
