G6 G7 J6 TRB Renovation

Renovation of approximately 23,500 sf on the 6th and 7th levels of the Hoblitzelle (G) Building and the 6th level of the Moss (J) Building. The project will renovate existing office and lab space and create new office, administration, conference and laboratory spaces for the OBGYN department. Contractor to include asbestos abatement in cost of work as required by asbestos survey provided by UTSW. Work is to be completed in two phases. Phase 1 – G7 and J6, Phase 2 – G6.
