Live Oak Drainage Wells Phase 1

Design-Build Firms for replacement of drainage wells and associated conveyance structures. The Project consists of replacing a minimum of two drainage wells: Base Bid: Well #40 and #42 located at Hillman Ave and Fir Street. The Project may also include replacing of the following wells: Option #1: Well #41 located at Hillman Ave and Fir Street This Project also includes groundwater quality improvements, maintenance of traffic, erosion control, asphalt paving, pavement markings, earthwork, utility coordination, sodding and all other associated design and construction required. The intent of this Project is to perform all work in the RFP within the Project limits such that maintenance work required upon Final Acceptance is limited to routine work.

Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Water Pollution Control Equipment.
