Description | This is a for-lease single family development consisting of a complete site infrastructure package, 1-bedroom / 1-bath duplexes, 2-bedroom / 2-bath, and 3-bedroom / 2-bath units. The project will also entail a leasing center with amenity areas, and 4 total 4-car garages. The project setup is intended to be a horizontal multifamily development. The site is development will consist of approximately 9.22 acres. This will be a phased project consisting of a "model phase" and 3 additional phases to be turned over to the client group throughout the different stages of construction. Catamount Constructors will be issuing a phasing map within the next couple of weeks. This project is a "shingle" style production project. This means that each trade will be expected to complete their scope on 10 to 15 units per week as construction progresses throughout the development scope dependent. This project type will require a production driven crew for each portion of scope that will remain onsite until project completion for your respective scope once mobilized onto the project. This means that once construction is well underway there will be buildings / homes with underground being installed, while foundations / slabs are being poured, while framing is taking place, and finishes are being installed. There will be a decent time frame while under construction where almost every trade is onsite. |
