This is a for-lease single family development consisting of a complete site infrastructure package, 1-bedroom / 1-bath duplexes, 2-bedroom / 2-bath, and 3-bedroom / 2-bath units. The project will also entail a leasing center with amenity areas, and 4 total 4-car garages. The project setup is intended to be a horizontal multifamily development.
