Baker Community Center Site Improvements

The proposed work consists of removing asphalt pavement, brick pavers, pavement markings, parking bumpers, concrete sidewalk, concrete barrier curb, concrete vault top slab, and wooden landscape edging. Proposed improvements include cleaning of storm sewers and catch basins, filling of concrete vault with stone and flowable fill material, as well as the installation of concrete sidewalk, concrete barrier curb, pavement markings, traffic control and parking lot signage, storm sewer, catch basins, and bituminous foundation sealant. Additive alternate bid items, pending owner acceptance, to include additional storm sewer and dry well, foundation sealing, as well as seal coating entirety of existing parking lot and alley.
