| Description | The contractor will mobilize dredge to Detroit River and dredge the Federal navigation channel within the Lower Livingstone Channel and the East Outer Channel as shown on plans. Placement of dredged materials will be within the Pointe Mouillee Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) Cell #3. Dredging and placement can be accomplished by mechanical or hydraulic means. 1.0’ of overdepth is allowed. Demobilize when dredging work is completed. |
