Fredericktown Gateway Park - Phase I

The Fredericktown Gateway Park Phase I Project includes selective site demolition, site grading, the installation of concrete and gravel walkway, splash pad, site utilities including water and electric services, landscaping, lawn/asphalt restoration and other work as indicated by the Contract Specifications. The Owner reserves the right to increase/decrease item quantities up to twenty (20) percent without negotiation of unit prices in the event that budget constraints so dictate. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids, or to waive any errors, omissions, defects, or informalities, and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner. This Project was financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. All Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Contract Compliance Regulations of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, 16 PA Code Chapter 49 and with all laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities. The Bidders are encouraged to inspect and review the project prior to submitting a bid.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
