Description

The Wasserman Park Contract will consist of: Phase 1 Beach Restoration Project - Creating a Perched Beach preventing the sand from washing into the lake over time. The total upland area impacted will be 7,050 square feet. In addition, the project is to save the 4 large pine trees in the beach area. Phase 2 The Lake is to be dredged between the existing docks to remove sand and debris that has eroded into the lake over time. The total area affected will be 7,365 square feet, (5,665 square feet permanent and 1,700 square feet temporary impact).
