Kendall Soccer Park - Turf Replacement Phase 1

Recreation and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents for the Kendall Soccer Park – Turf Replacement Phase 1, Fields #1, #4 and #5. The scope of work in general includes but is not limited to: Three soccer fields; Remove and properly dispose of existing artificial sports turf, 12-inches of base, geotextile fabric, underdrains and concrete ribbons; Inspect, test and repair existing subgrade; Install new concrete ribbon with PT nailer; Install new geotextile fabric, geogrid, underlining drainage and base material; Connect new underlining drainage to existing drainage system; Install new sport turf with new infill; Replace torn netting, damaged fence supports and damaged bleachers with new. Bleachers are Owner purchased; Regrade and sod all areas disturbed by construction. Work shall be further identified in the contract documents.
