The Contracting Officer or his/her designated representative will perform final inspection. Acceptance of the work will occur only upon written notice of acceptance by the ordering Contracting Officer, or any other Warranted Contracting Officer employed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and performing authorized duties in conjunction with this contract.
