| Description | Proper disposal of unclassified, untreated dewatered sludge that does not meet Process to Further Reduce Pathogens (PFRP) or Process to Significantly Reduce Pathogens (PSRP) requirements produced at the City’s Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 201 E Pine Street, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. The facility produces, on average, approximately 2,400 wet tons annually, and average two 24 ton loads per week. The Awardee must guarantee their ability to haul and dispose of the material on a regular and timely basis, and must be able to haul material 365 days per year, excluding City recognized holidays (list available on request). |
