Maintenance Parts, Supplies and Services (Supplemental)

To establish multiple annual contracts for purchasing equipment, parts, supplies, and services for minor facility repair/turnkey services which are used in the schools and departments on an as needed basis for the operation and repair of HEB ISD schools and facilities. The purpose of this solicitation is to create a pool of suppliers from local vendors to provide goods and services to supplement the HEB ISD Maintenance and Operations staff for parts, equipment and services that are considered to be minor in nature. This mechanism will result in the ability to purchase goods and services on an as-needed basis from vendors responding to this RFP process. Responses will be evaluated on a general basis for this solicitation based on responsiveness to this RFP. For specific purchases under this solicitation, vendors may be required to provide specific pricing and work plans to be compared in order to determine the best value for each purchase.
