| Description | The work of this Contract comprises the construction of the infrastructure site work for Lyons Park. The work will include but not be limited to sanitary sewer, water relocation, drainage system improvements, swale, driveway, seawall repairs and pavement restoration.. The general location of this Project is as follows: Lyons Park is in the City of Pompano Beach. The site is bounded on the north by S.W. 9th Street, the south by W. McNab Road, on the west by S. Flagler Avenue, and on the east by S. Cypress Road as shown on the plans. The work area includes the right of ways of the City of Pompano Beach and Broward County. |
