Peel & stick underlayment is to be utilized. Install straps or clips, photos & paperwork to homeowner and city for insurance wind mitigation discount. Owner's choice of color. Soffit & Fascia – Replace 4" x 4" fly rafter brace at the front door. Replace all fascia & soffit with new vinyl/aluminum. Garage – Replace the garage entry door. Include new Schlage or Kwikset hardware. Replace the broken glass in the window. Electrical – Trouble shoot & repair occasional electrical issues in multiple outlets & the stove. Possible aluminum wire issues HVAC – Replace the equipment only of the existing system. Include 15 SEER minimum heat pump equipment with strip back-up. Duct work to remain. Kitchen Floor – Remove & replace the ceramic tile in the kitchen. Owner's choice of tile. $1.50/sg. ft. tile allowance. Living Room – Remove & replace the flooring in the living room with WPC. Owner's choice w/ $2.50/ sq. ft. material allowance. Transition joint at the hallway Driveway – Replace the section of driveway from the apron to the first joint.
