Description

The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Installation of new granular activated carbon absorption units 2. Installation of new water mains 3. Installation of new gate valves 4. Installation of new chlorination systems 5. Installation of new electrical control systems 6. Installation of fencing, crushed stone, concrete foundations and other miscellaneous items Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable Bid Bond payable to D’ Arbonne Water System, Inc. in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as provided for in LA R.S. 38:2214(B).
