KSD - Storage Building

Construction of a new 2,836 SF Storage Building. The building’s role is to provide secure storage space for tractor implements for the school’s agricultural operations. The primary structure will consist of a Wood Pole Framed Building, approx. 30’ x 90’ in size w/ prefinished metal wall & roof panels. Light transmitting panels will be provided above joist bearing height. Within this building will be one large open and flexible space with drive through capability that provides covered and enclosed protection from weather and security from theft for the user agency’s agricultural equipment. The site area is identified on the Site Drawing (Sheet SP.1). The area identified for the new building area is located on an existing paved parking lot. The existing paved area shall remain in place. A future road is identified on the Site Plan to be placed by the User Agency at a later date (NIC). The project has no Plumbing, Fire Protection HVAC, or Electrical functions
