| Description | Replace the existing roof and insulation. The insulation is an R-19 and the metal on the roof is thought to be 26 gauge steel. We are going to keep the existing gutter. We are also looking for a warranty for the materials, work, and leaks. The insulation and metal to be installed as per the manufacturer’s recommendation. |
