Description

DCAMM Certificate. Removal of four existing R22 condensing units and associated evaporator coils located in existing Air Handling units. All refrigerant appurtenances shall be replaced to allow for compatibility with R410A refrigerant. These units shall be integrated with the existing Metasys Building Automation System, as provided by Johnson Controls. BMS conduit to the condensing units located outdoors is to be removed, replaced, and re-fed with existing controls wiring.
