New Levee Authority Building

The purpose of this project is to relocate the Levee Authority from their current location at 1300 Waterworks Road to a new building located at 1200 Stanley Avenue. This project consists of the construction of a new 22,500 square foot pre-engineered building and site improvements. The building will include an office area, a maintenance shop, and an outdoor covered storage area. The office area includes an open office area, (2) private offices, training and conference rooms, a kitchen / break room and locker rooms with showers for employees.
