| Description | All bids must be accompanied by a Non-collusive Bidding Certificate and Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid total. All substitutions are to be submitted at time of bid as per the contract documents. No substitutions will be considered after the bid date. Any bid submitted without such certification and bid bond will not be accepted. Any bid not meeting ALL specifications will not be considered. Cattaraugus County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible bid. The contractor shall be assessed a penalty of $300 per day and any additional inspection and engineering costs for work not complete within the specified time frame. |
