Description

In general, the Work consists of the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, etc. for the Collins Park Water Treatment Facility - Lab Improvements including but not limited to the following: 1. First floor scope of work is focused on patching / painting, construction of a high-density file room, new cylinder storage room and new locker installation. 2. Second-floor scope of work is focused on the renovation to the second floor laboratories and their associated support spaces. 3. Work includes general construction, minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and data cabling. 4. The laboratory casework has been pre-purchased by the Owner and will be onsite and ready for install. The casework and utility installation and coordination is part of this project
