Sanitary Sewer Phases 7 and 9 Rehabilitation

Scope of Work: 1. Pre-television of lines to be repaired by point, combination or service repair methods. 2. Clean and televise 15-inch sanitary sewer lines. 3. Pipe bursting of approximately 20,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer lines including service reconnections in kind with copper sulfate root inhibitor application. 4. Sanitary sewer drop stack connections outside of manholes. Contractor shall note that some drop stack connections will be installed at depths greater than the depth of the pipe bursted line. 5. Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lines via point repair, combination repair, and service repair including copper sulfate root inhibitor application. 6. Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes including cementitious lining with antimicrobial additive, rebuild bench and invert, remove and replace frames and covers, raise sanitary sewer manholes, and grout exterior of sanitary manhole frame. 7. Replacement of damaged turf, plants, shrubs, fences, wooden decks, concrete patios, trees, and other miscellaneous items in the easement. 8. Site restoration including replacement of sidewalk, non-decorative concrete patios, and pavement removal and replacement. 9. Implementation and maintenance of traffic control plan.
