Harmony School of Ingenuity - Soccer Field Project

The scope of work is limited to providing a new exterior soccer field with the corresponding chain link fence/gates inside the property of the existing school. The improvements will demolition work related to the parking lot area where the new soccer field is located. Re-striping the parking lot spaces while maintaining the require parking count for this school. Minor parking light adjustments are included. Minor landscape adjustments, and sidewalk modifications are included. General field work for preparing area to receive the new sports field is included. Civil engineering is required to raise the land and positively drain out towards the existing drainage system. The modifications for civil are specifically shown on the civil drawings included with this set. The soccer field is for school activities only and not intended for any sports event.
