Description

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension is seeking bids for the purchase of two (2) conference room IT upgrades and installs. Bidders shall offer a unit price response for each line item in this bid. Deadline to submit questions: Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 at 3:00pm, central time By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to comply with all Agency terms and conditions. These supersede any other terms and conditions issued by the bidder. Any contract resulting from this bid solicitation shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any bid submitted should include estimated delivery time for the item(s) being offered. Any/all questions should be addressed in writing to Lainey Calder via the Q&A Board for this invitation to bid or email at lainey.calder@ag.tamu.edu. All questions must be received on or before Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 at 3:00pm, central time. When deemed appropriate by the Agency, questions will be answered by bid addendum All installation shall be performed by a single vendor. The requested equipment is to be supplied as a complete operational system, set-up and ready for use. Any/all operational/maintenance manuals are to be provided at the time of the shipping/installation. This project shall be considered a "turnkey" project that includes all aspects of the installation. The vendor shall have access to the premises for the purpose of delivering equipment and performing the work necessary to fulfill any resulting purchase order. They shall cooperate with the Agency's personnel who may currently be working on the premises, integrating their work with that of the Agency, all to the best interest of the total job and its orderly completion. It is understood that all equipment and materials supplied by the vendor shall remain their property until such time as accepted or paid for by the Agency. The vendor shall protect them with appropriate insurance against theft or other loss or damage. The vendor shall be responsible for damage to the Agency's equipment and/or the workplace and its contents by its work, negligence in work, its personnel and equipment. The vendor shall be responsible and liable for the safety, injury, and health of its working personnel while performing installation/service work. Texas A&M AgriLife Extension reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to accept the offer considered most advantageous and award the bid based on best value criteria. - Evaluate/test room to ensure all existing displays that will be utilized are in good working order o Client to be notified of any non-functional equipment for corrective action during phase 2 of the project process - Assess room for suitability of installation of equipment including but not limited to sufficient cabling path, o Client to be notified of any site/system challenges for corrective action during phase 2 of the project process AGLS 200 Conference Room - Install one (1) Logitech tap touch panel on the table - Install one (1) Lenovo computer behind the display - Install one (1) Logitech Rally PTZ camera below the display - Install six (6) Logitech rally mic pods in the ceiling - Install two (2) Logitech rally speakers adjacent the display - Install one (1) Logitech display hub behind the display - Install one (1) Logitech table hub behind the display - Install one (1) LG 86-inch display to the display wall - Run cables and dress AGLS 255 Conference Room - Install one (1) Logitech tap touch panel on the table - Install one (1) Lenovo computer behind the display - Install one (1) Logitech Rally PTZ camera below the display - Install four (4) Logitech rally mic pods in the ceiling - Install two (2) Logitech rally speakers adjacent the display - Install one (1) Logitech display hub behind the display - Install one (1) Logitech table hub behind the display - Install one (1) LG 86-inch display to the display wall - Run cables and dress Both Conference Rooms - Input/test customer credentials - Test room to validate functionality
