| Description | This proposal is to provide janitorial services at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge (MINWR) for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The Refuge consists of six (6) buildings, with a variety of spaces and surface materials which must be maintained in a clean and safe manner. Currently, there are a total of twenty four (24) offices, nine (9) restrooms, five (5) kitchens/break rooms, four (4) copy/file areas, two (2) conference rooms, one (1) auditorium, one (1) exhibit room, one (1) book store, one (1) closet, one (1) reception area, and four (4) outdoor carpeted entrance areas included in this scope of work | ||
