2022 Community Crossings Paving Project

Base bid work for which bids are to be received is for all labor, equipment and materials necessary to mill and resurface Wells Street and Clark Street within the City of Crown Point, as determined by its Engi- neering Department, with HMA surface material, install wedging and leveling binder mix as necessa- ry, excavate and replace failed areas of base material (stone), and remove and replace designated sections of curb, driveway aprons and sidewalk on a per unit basis with either asphalt or concrete as determined by the City of Crown Point Engineering Department. Ad- justment of structures and replace- ment of damaged inlets, catch basins and manholes shall also be within the scope of this bid.
