This is a site preparation project, turnkey design/built, for existing Radiology room #10 located in the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital (JLM) 1E-203, Little Rock, AR. This project involves, but not limited to, evaluating existing conditions of electrical, fireproof, LEED light, architectural, mechanical, HVAC, and upgrading auxiliaries as needed to ensure compliance with requirements of new Radiology equipment. Work also includes updating the overall finishes of 1E-203 floor, walls, ceilings, lighting, and ensure Rad Room#10 comply with VA
