Interior renovation of existing public works office building which includes Basement, First, and Second Floor, which is approximately 7,600 square foot. Interior renovation of existing Public Works Storage Garage, and Vehicle Service Garage approximately 38,800 Square Foot. Scope of work will include: 1) New office layouts on the First and Second Floor of office building 2) Interior corridor connecting the existing office building to existing garage building 3) New single occupancy restrooms on the first and second floor of building, 4) New Restrooms in servicing garage space 5) New staff lounge and restroom renovation to second floor office building 6) And new compliant stairs to the bestment and maintenance pits
